By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of the contractual relationship between you and Virtue. Virtue may terminate this Terms or Services for any reason at any time, or cease providing or denying access to the Service.
We may from time to time revise the terms of the Service. The amendments will take effect after Virtue publishes the updated terms here or the amended or supplemental terms of the applicable service. By continuing to access or use the Service upon publication, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
The Services - Virtue
We provide a technical platform to enable users of the Virtue mobile app or website (the "app") to obtain service form Delivery Specialist Or an independent third-party provider ("third-party provider") and plan for such services.
We are using the app - Virtue, to post the details of your shipment, we will distribute the information of your published goods to the third party provider. Delivery service is provided by a third party provider.
Your use of the services
In order to use the service, you must register a personal user service account ("account"). You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of your jurisdiction (if not 18 years old) to obtain an account. Account registration requires that you submit your personal information to Virtue, such as name, address, mobile phone number and age, and at least one valid payment method (credit card or accepted payment partner). You agree to keep your account information accurate, complete and up to date. If you fail to keep your account information accurate, complete and up to date, including invalid or expired forms of payment in the file, you may be unable to access and use the service or Virtue terminate this agreement with you. You must ensure that we provide you with an account or password for use as Virtue and related services that are secure and confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. In addition to Virtue's other written permission, you can only have one account.
If you use this service, you need to register the account, you need to provide the following information:

3. E-mail address
When you sign up for an account, please provide a valid mobile phone number. We will send you a verification code to enter the verification code in the mobile app to activate your account.
You are required to ensure that all registration information is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date and that the information is true, accurate, complete, up-to-date, and not fraudulent or misappropriated by any third party. When you send the goods detail through the app and request for a delivery service, please provide the following information:

General service is the service provider to accept your order within four hours to complete the pick-up and delivery procedures. If you need urgent delivery service, you can choose the priority delivery service, additional charge per kilo-meter, 120 minutes to complete the delivery. Please refer to the price list at www.govirtue.com or in the App.
You must ensure that third-party providers come to the point to pick up and the delivery location have someone to handle.
If the weight and size of each order with your description is difference, the third party provider has the right to measure the weight and size of the goods with you, otherwise we have the right to refuse delivery, and you shall not object.
If your shipment is fragile items, glass, etc., must be properly packaged, or if damaged, without compensation.
If you confirm the order, the receiver will receive our received confirmation code. When the third party provider provide home delivery, the receiver need to fill the confirmation code on the third party provider’s phone, you ( Sender) received a notification immediately, on behalf of the delivery process has been completed.
If you confirmed the order, you can free to cancel or terminate the service before the order accepted by the service provider. If the service provider accepted the order after 3mins or above, then you cancel or terminate the order, the service fee will be charged. The fee please refer to the price list.
When you cancel or terminate the order after the third-party provider took the goods, we will help the you to retrieve the shipment as soon as possible, while retaining the return goods from the third-party provider of any fees,.
We reserve the right not to provide or withdraw the delivery service in the following cases:
1. The sender's shipments are found to be incompatible with local safety or violate any law.
2. Not subject to any prohibited items, including explosives, explosive, perishable, unknown powder, compressed gas, toxic and other dangerous goods, loose items, obscene items and pirated intellectual property items.
3. According to the third party provider to determine, the sender of the contents of the goods, the number and the actual declaration of the material there are significant differences.
4. No lift or goods to be sent by the stairs, limit within 10KG goods and two floor of stair.
5. Delivery of pallets of goods, please ensure the 5.5 or more trucks can be parked in the building
6. We reserve the right to accept the sender's right to use our services.
You understand that you will be charged ("Fees") if you take a service from a third party provider during the using of the Service. After you have obtained the service through the use of the Service, Virtue will facilitate the payment of the applicable fee on behalf of the third party provider as a limited collection agent. The fees paid in such manner shall be deemed to be equivalent to the payment made directly to the third party provider. In addition to Virtue's other decision, the fees you pay are final and non-refundable.
All fees should be paid immediately, and Virtue will provide you with your payment based on the priority payment method specified in your account, and then Virtue will send you a receipt through email. If your preferred account payment method is deemed to have expired, is invalid, or cannot be paid, you agree that Virtue uses the alternate payment method (if any) in your account as a third-party provider limited collection agent.
The service charge is calculated by the mobile app according to the route distance between the point of goods receive and the delivery location and the weight of the shipment, and there is no hidden fee.
We may be launched from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, revoke or terminate, whether in whole or in part, any and all such promotion activities, without notice, and at its absolute discretion.
All services are provided on a "current" basis and "existing" basis. Virtue makes no representations, implied or statutory representations and warranties not expressly set forth in this Clause. In addition, Virtue will not make any representations regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality of service, suitability or availability of the Service or any of the services or merchandise obtained through the use of the Service or the Service will be delivered without interruption or trouble-free operation Or guarantee. Virtue will not make any warranty as to the quality, suitability, safety or serviceability of third party providers. You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all risks associated with your use of the Service and any related Services or Goods are relevant to you.
The use of Virtue and the service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted bt applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from or in connection with the use or inability to use Virtue or the service ( including any consequential, indirect, incident damages ) . Without prejudice to the foregoing and insofar as. Permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of HKD500.
The following losses or charges arising from external factors are not included in the Service:
1. cause loss due to force majeure. Force majeure is an objective condition that cannot be foreseen and cannot be avoided and cannot be overcome. Usually includes two cases:
